I booked a day sailing tour with The Ocean Tribe. We sailed around Toronto Island with the anchorage and swimming at Ward Beach. Afterwards, we went to the Bistro 1852 restaurant at Royal Canadian Yacht Club with a wonderful view of Toronto. Captain Andre is a fun, outgoing, knowledgeable skipper who always has some sailing stories to tell. He also teaches how to sail a yacht while underway, so you can grab a wheel or trim sails. Highly recommended for anyone who wants an adventure on water.

I had the privilege of taking beginners sailing classes and tours of Lake Ontario with Andre Reo in the past years.

Andre is a very knowledgeable and passionate sailor, very patient with his students, which was very helpful and encouraging to me as a beginner. He explains not only what needs to be done, but also why it needs to be done this way, expanding the comprehension of sailing art.

Couple days ago I had an offer from a fellow of mine to go on the ride on the sales boat. We went to one of the harbours on the lake of Ontario. It was an amazing, exiting and fun time. Once we were on the water I was completly unprepared when Andrey (the owner of the boat) said now you go and direct the boat. What I really liked that he was giving me clear instructions what to do and how to drive a boat. It took me a bit of time but I think I finally picked it up by the end of our trip. Unfortunatly, time flew by quick and we had to come back to the harbour. However, it was a great journey where we also met new people, made new connections and just had awesome and relaxing time. Whoever wants to learn how to drive a boat or take a journey overseas on the sale boat is recomended and would benefit to meet with Andrey.

Thank you Ocean Tribe for an awesome Antigua adventure! This trip was very well organized: An itinerary was planned in advance in consultation with the participants but flexible enough to be modified along the way to accommodate evolving desires and circumstances. We wanted to sail, kitesurf, snorkel, go sightseeing and fish and we got to do it all! Food was mainly planned / prepared by participants and meals were varied and amazing! We also had the opportunity to eat out a few times in order to sample the local fare. Everyone got along really well and new friendships were formed ... Although we were only together for a week, I felt like I had known everyone a lot longer by the end of the trip.

The Ocean Tribe is more than an adventure on the sea! Is more than some time spent in between the waters, clouds and land. Is a transformative experience. Is a life learning about nature, friendship, fun and leadership! Andrei and Elena’s love to sail and explore is so high that is impossible not to fall in love with them and the adventures they put together! My 10 days adventure in St Martin & St Barts, was my best sailing vacation, yet. Andre & Lena are the best at sharing their knowledge and passion for sailing. Beautiful beaches, mountain hikes, ATV tours, fine dining, partying, local creole cuisine, and guitar nights on the boat are amazing. Being a sailor myself, I really enjoyed the passage from St Martin to St Bart's and sailing around Anguilla island. Great job, guys, I am looking forward to joining you again.
